Café AMAN was a place where you could catch the sprit of the old folk dance Cafés! Remember "Floating Kolo," "Cole Avenue," and the AMAN Institutes? It was a Folk Dance Cooperative with an emphasis on the Balkans and was run by Mady Taylor and Ian Price.

Café AMAN was held at the LADanceFit Studio in Los Angeles. Doors opened at 7:30 p.m., teaching started at 7:45 p.m., and general dancing began at 8:30 p.m. for a $10.00 admission.
